What’s been happening:

Since I left Penn State I did several things. I was married for approximately three years. During the marriage, I had one child and two stepchildren. I also attended Beaver College Graduate School of Education. While I was enrolled at Beaver College I became an employee of the Philadelphia School District. I worked as a classroom aide. I also became divorced while I worked as a classroom aide. Eventually I returned to graduate school and graduated from Antioch College with a Master Degree in Education. At this point I continued to work in the Philadelphia School District as a classroom aide. During this time I took the test for teacher certification and passed it. I applied for a teaching position in the Philadelphia School District. I was able to get a teaching position in the Philadelphia School District. I also obtained 30 more credits which gave me a Master Degree + 30 in education. I eventually left the school district and am currently working at the Universal Institute Charter School in Philadelphia. My son will graduate this year from Gannon University in Erie, Pennsylvania with a degree in Medical Social Work. He will earn a Bachelor Degree and he wants to get a Master Degree. I have belonged to various organizations including The Jaycees, Urban League, NAACP, and some community organizations. I also belong to the Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity Inc.
